Temperedglass:Usechemicallystrengthenedglass(suchasCorningGorillaGlass),withasurfacehardnessof9H(pencilhardnesstest),andscratchresistanceis5timeshigherthanordinaryglass.

Anti-reflectivecoating:AR(anti-reflective)filmisplatedontheglasssurfacetoreducethereflectivityfrom8%tobelow1%,reducingglareinterferenceunderstronglight.

Anti-fingerprintcoating:Usenano-levelhydrophobicandoleophobiccoating(suchasAFcoating)toreducefingerprintresidueby70%andreducethefrequencyofcleaning.

Corrosion-resistanttreatmentofstructuralmaterials

Aluminumalloyanodizing:Themetalframeishardanodized(thickness≥25μm),andthesaltsprayresistancetimeexceeds1000hours(inaccordancewithASTMB117standard).

Stainlesssteelpassivation:316Lstainlesssteelpartsarepickledandpassivatedtoformadenseoxidefilmtopreventchlorideioncorrosion(suitableformarineorchemicalenvironments).

Double-layersealingstructure:"Siliconering+waterproofglue"isusedbetweenthetouchscreenandtheshelltoensurethatthereisnoleakageunderawaterpressureof100kPa(1meterwaterdepth).

Breathablevalvedesign:InstallaGORE™breathablevalveonthehousingtobalancetheinternalandexternalpressuredifference(topreventcondensation)andblockdustandwatervapor(protectionlevelIP67).

Electromagneticcompatibility(EMC)optimization

Shieldinglayerdesign:PastecopperfoilorconductivefoamonthebackofthetouchscreentoformaFaradaycageeffecttosuppresselectromagneticinterferenceinthe100MHz-3GHzfrequencyband(incompliancewithIEC61000-4-3standard).

Filtercircuit:AddanX/Ycapacitorcombinationatthepowerinputtoattenuatetheconductedinterferenceto≤40dB(150kHz-30MHzfrequencyband).



IV.Improvedelectricalsafetyandreliability

Overvoltageandovercurrentprotection

TVSdiode:Connecta15kVwithstandvoltageTVSdiodeinparallelattheUSB/RS232interfacetopreventstaticelectricityorlightningfromdamagingthecircuit.

Resettablefuse:ConnectaPPTC(polymerpositivetemperaturecoefficient)deviceinseriesinthepowerline,whichautomaticallydisconnectswhenovercurrentoccursandautomaticallyrecoversafterthefaultiseliminated.

Datatransmissionstability

Differentialsignaltransmission:RS485orCANbusisusedforlong-distance(>5meters)connection,andcommonmodenoiseisoffsetbydifferentialsignal(biterrorrate≤10⁻¹²).

Opticalfiberinterfaceoption:Forhighelectromagneticinterferenceenvironment(suchasneartheinverter),opticalfibercommunicationmoduleisprovidedtoisolateelectricalnoise.
